Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 29, 2026. HealthIQ is operated by Atlanta Aerial Solutions LLC.
We wrote this in plain English to match how HealthIQ actually works. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Questions: help@davidcartiermedia.com.
Our goal
We want everyone to be able to use HealthIQ, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we’ve done
In our most recent review (September 29, 2026) we:
- raised text and button colors to meet contrast requirements;
- labeled every form field and button, including icon-only buttons;
- made filters, menus, and other controls work with a keyboard, with visible focus;
- added a “Skip to content” link, page titles, and a clear heading structure;
- announced loading states, errors, and confirmations to screen readers;
- reduced motion for people who ask their device to limit animation.
Known limitations
- Sign-in and account screens are provided by Clerk, a third-party service, and we can’t change all of their design.
- Research summaries are written with AI help and can occasionally include technical terms.
- We test with automated checks and by hand, but we haven’t yet had an independent accessibility audit.
