Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026. HealthIQ is operated by Atlanta Aerial Solutions LLC.
We wrote this in plain English to match how HealthIQ actually works. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Questions: help@davidcartiermedia.com.
This policy covers “consumer health data”: information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which covers everything else.
The health data we collect
- Health goals you select (for example better sleep, heart health, or stress management).
- Age range, biological sex, and fitness level, if you add them.
- Health conditions and supplements, only if you consent (see below).
- How a suggested action went for you, and any note you add about it.
- Health details you choose to type into search or Check-a-Claim.
- Inferences we make from your goals and reading activity, such as which health topics interest you.
Where it comes from
From you, when you fill in your profile, give feedback, search, or submit a claim; and from our own analysis of how you use HealthIQ. We don’t buy health data or collect it from other companies, and we don’t use location tracking or geofencing.
Why we collect it and how we use it
To personalize the research shown to you and your daily idea, to answer your questions and check the claims you submit, and to keep the service working and secure. We don’t sell consumer health data, use it for advertising, or use it for anything unrelated to providing HealthIQ to you.
Your consent
Goals, age range, and the other details you enter to get personalized research are collected because you asked for that personalization. Health conditions and supplements go further, so we ask for your separate, explicit consent before saving them. You can withdraw that consent at any time on your Profile page or by emailing us; when you do, we delete the conditions and supplements you saved.
Your rights
- Confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data, and get a copy of it.
- Get a list of the third parties and service providers that received it.
- Withdraw your consent to collection or sharing.
- Delete your consumer health data.

If we decline, you can appeal by replying with “Appeal” in the subject line; we’ll answer within 45 days and explain our decision. If your appeal is denied, you can contact your state attorney general (in Washington, at atg.wa.gov). Using these rights is free and won’t change how we treat you.
