Refund Policy

HealthIQ is currently free to use. There are no paid plans, subscriptions, trials, or one-time purchases, and we never ask for payment details, so there is nothing to refund.

Before anyone is charged, we’ll publish the price, what’s included, how renewal and cancellation work, and the refund terms on this page and in the Terms of Service, and you’ll have to agree to them before paying. You’ll be able to cancel online, and free features won’t be taken away from existing accounts without notice.

Because HealthIQ doesn’t charge anyone today, a charge that claims to be from HealthIQ isn’t from us. Contact your bank or card issuer, and let us know at help@davidcartiermedia.com so we can warn others.
