Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026. HealthIQ is operated by Atlanta Aerial Solutions LLC.
We wrote this in plain English to match how HealthIQ actually works. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Questions: help@davidcartiermedia.com.
Cookies and browser storage are small pieces of data a website saves in your browser. HealthIQ uses only the ones needed to sign you in and to remember choices you make. We don’t use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or any other tracking technology.
What we use
| Name | Type | Set by | Purpose | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| __session | Cookie | Clerk (sign-in) | Keeps you signed in. Short-lived and refreshed automatically. | Strictly necessary |
| __client_uat | Cookie | Clerk (sign-in) | Records when you last signed in or out so the site stays in sync with your session. | Strictly necessary |
| __clerk_db_jwt | Cookie | Clerk (sign-in) | Links your browser to your session while HealthIQ uses Clerk's development environment. It goes away when we move to Clerk's production environment. | Strictly necessary |
| __clerk_environment | Local storage | Clerk (sign-in) | Keeps a copy of the sign-in settings so sign-in loads quickly. | Strictly necessary |
| research_prefs | Local storage | HealthIQ | Remembers the filters you chose on the Research page. | Functional (only after you change a filter) |
| healthiq_push_opt_in_dismissed | Local storage | HealthIQ | Remembers that you dismissed the notification prompt, so we don’t show it again. | Functional (only after you dismiss it) |
Some Clerk cookie names end with a short code, for example __client_uat_jgmDUerQ; they do the same job. When you create an account, Clerk may show a Cloudflare Turnstile check to stop bots; it runs in a frame from challenges.cloudflare.com under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Why there’s no cookie banner
Cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for, and settings you choose yourself, don’t require a consent banner. Those are the only kinds we use. If we ever add analytics or advertising technology, we’ll update this page and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you block the sign-in cookies, you won’t be able to sign in; the public research pages still work. Clearing site data resets your Research filters and the notification prompt.
